A Glimpse Into the Heart of CCA
Joyful Learning
Step into our classrooms, labs, and fine arts spaces, and you’ll find students who are deeply engaged and eager to take an active role in their learning journey. Our passionate teachers bring lessons to life by tapping into students’ natural curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Individually Known, Loved, and Valued
At CCA, our small class sizes and dedicated teachers who are passionate about student success ensure that each child is recognized, cherished, and appreciated. We focus on discovering and cultivating each student’s unique gifts and talents, making personalized attention a standard part of the experience.
Christian Values
We understand the profound impact teachers have on a child’s life, shaping them daily and throughout the years. Our teachers are deeply committed to their Christian faith and values, and they are dedicated to upholding these principles both in and out of the classroom. This commitment ensures that our students are guided by role models who consistently embody Christian living, love, and learning.
College Ready
Our committed team not only prepares graduates to be academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually equipped for college but also supports them in finding schools that best fit their needs and navigating the application process. Each year, our seniors achieve a 100% college acceptance rate and secure millions in scholarships.
At CCA, our mission is to make disciples, better disciples, and more disciples through excellence in academics, athletics and the arts.

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”“
Isaiah 40:31
CCA’S Application Process
Thank you for your interest in Christ Church Academy where our mission is to make disciples, better disciples, and more disciples through excellence in academics, athletics and the arts. CCA’s admissions process is thorough to ensure that we gather information to understand the whole child. We view our relationship with our families as a partnership and want to be sure that our visions align when it comes to your student’s academics, character, and faith. Please see the step-by step process below.
- Schedule a tour.
- Complete the online application (link if app window is open). Within the application, there is a place to submit test scores, two years of report cards and your student’s current teacher’s email address.
- Schedule a time for your child to complete the CCA admissions assessment.
- Schedule a family meeting with the appropriate principal.
- Contracts will be offered once the application closes and all applicants have been reviewed for the number of open spots in each grade level.
- Those accepted pending availability will be added to the wait pool.

CCA Admissions Wait Pool
The Lord has blessed Christ Church Academy with devoted families entrusting us to teach their children, thus allowing us to have an extremely high retention rate of 94%. With this devotion comes limited spaces available in each grade. In order for CCA to deliver a quality educational experience, we limit our class sizes.
We have recently experienced growing interest and number of applicants. For the application season, we are implementing a wait pool system to streamline the process. The wait pool will consist of a specific number of students who have been accepted pending availability. The wait pool means they have gone through the entire application process, been reviewed by our Admissions Committee, and it has been determined they are a good fit for CCA when a spot becomes available. Our goal is to build a wait pool for each grade level so that if the opportunity of enrollment presents, we have a student ready to enroll.
Once we have filled all available spots within the grade level, we will begin placing students in the wait pool of the appropriate grade level. If it is determined that CCA is a good fit for your child once you have completed the application process and our Admissions Committee has reviewed, we will contact you to let you know that we are offering your student a spot in the wait pool for their grade level. Families have 72 hours to respond back to accept the spot in the wait pool.
If a spot does become available for your child, we will contact you and offer an enrollment contract. You will have 48 hours to sign and return the contract to us before we move on to the next student in the wait pool. It is possible for spots to open prior to the school year starting or even during the school year due to various life changes. If at any time you would like to be removed from our wait pool, please contact our Admissions Office so that we can update our system.
If your child remains in the wait pool and is not offered a spot due to lack of availability, your application will still be valid for the following school year.
Non-Traditional Student Athlete Program

Thank you for your interest in CCA’s Non-Traditional Student Athlete Program. Our program is for students in 6th-12th grade that are homeschooled, take courses on FLVS, or attend a school that does not offer the athletic program of their interest. Below you will find the link to the application. Please be sure that you complete the 2024-2025 Homeschool Athlete Application. FHSAA requires us to have all traditional and non-traditional students go through the same application process. Please review the step-by-step process below.
- Complete online application and pay the non-refundable $170 application fee. Be prepared to provide two years of report cards and the contact information for a teacher, tutor, youth pastor or coach that knows your child. A recommendation form will be sent directly to them once you submit the application and will be returned directly back to us.
- Schedule admissions testing with the Director of Admissions, Peyton Clark.
- Schedule a family interview with Athletic Director, Justin Sirmon.
- The CCA admissions committee meets to review applicant and decision is made regarding enrollment.
- If offered enrollment in CCA’s Homeschool Athlete Program, you will receive an email with directions on how to enroll.
- Complete enrollment and pay $350 enrollment fee.
- Create and submit all documents through your Athletic Clearance account. (more info to come)
After completing this process and end up enrolling as a HSA, the enrollment fee of $350 allows your student to participate or try out for any athletic program throughout the 2024-2025 school year. Each program also has a separate athletic fee to cover equipment, transportation and coaching costs. For middle school, this is $220 per sport. For JV or varsity teams, it is $275 per sport.
