Thank you for considering Christ’s Church Academy, where the mission is to make disciples (Matthew 28:19), better disciples (Acts 2:42) and more disciples (Mark 16:15) through excellence in academics, athletics, and the arts. CCA Admissions Wait Pool

At Christ’s Church Academy, we are deeply honored by the trust that families place in us to educate their children. This trust has resulted in a high retention rate of 94%, reflecting our commitment to providing a nurturing and high-quality educational experience. To maintain this standard, we limit class sizes and have limited spaces available in each grade level.

Due to increased interest and the growing number of applicants, we are implementing a wait pool system to streamline our admissions process. This system will help us manage applications effectively and ensure that we have qualified candidates ready to enroll if spots become available.

How the Wait Pool Works:

  1. Application and Review:
Once you have completed the application process and it has been reviewed by our Admissions Committee, your child may be accepted into the wait pool if it is determined that they are a good fit for CCA.
  2. Wait Pool Placement:
Students accepted into the wait pool have gone through the full application process and been evaluated for fit. We will build a wait pool for each grade level to be prepared for any openings that may arise.
  3. Notification and Response:
If a spot becomes available, we will contact families in the wait pool and offer an enrollment contract. Families will have 72 hours to respond and accept the spot. If a spot is accepted, a contract must be signed and returned within 48 hours.
  4. Ongoing Availability:
Openings may occur before or during the school year due to various circumstances. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the wait pool, please notify our Admissions Office to update our records.
  5. Future Considerations:
If your child remains in the wait pool and is not offered a spot due to lack of availability, your application will remain valid for the following school year.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide the best educational experience for all students. If you have any questions about the wait pool system or the admissions process, please contact our Admissions Office for assistance.
